Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for a 90% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund, while cancellations made 7–14 days before the trip are eligible for a 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

No-shows and unused portions of the booked service are non-refundable. Any applicable permit, parking, advance booking, or other non-refundable charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. In case Royara Cabs cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to vehicle availability.
