Terms & Conditions

By booking a vehicle with Royara Cabs, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. The booking details, vehicle type, pickup location, drop-off location, and trip duration will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  2. Vehicle Allocation: Royara Cabs reserves the right to provide a vehicle of similar type and capacity in case of unforeseen circumstances, vehicle breakdown, or operational requirements.

  3. Driver Charges: Driver bata of ₹1,000 per day will be applicable wherever specified. Additional charges may apply for extended duty hours or overnight requirements.

  4. Toll, Parking & Permit Charges: Toll charges are free within Kerala. Parking charges and interstate permit charges, wherever applicable, will be charged additionally to the customer.

  5. Extra Kilometres: For A/C cabs, an additional charge of ₹23 per extra kilometre will apply beyond the agreed kilometre limit. Kilometres will be calculated on a Cochin Airport to Cochin Airport basis, wherever applicable.

  6. Additional Charges: Any additional expenses arising from route changes, extra waiting time, additional stops, extended usage, or services requested by the customer may be charged separately.

  7. Trip Delays: Royara Cabs will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, government restrictions, strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond its control.

  8. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Royara Cabs will not be liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

  9. Vehicle Usage: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any activity that may damage or excessively soil the vehicle is not permitted.

  10. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  11. Seasonal Rates: Rates may be revised during festive periods, holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high demand. The applicable rate confirmed at the time of booking will be communicated to the customer.

  12. Route Changes: Any change in the agreed itinerary or route must be communicated to Royara Cabs in advance and may result in additional charges.

  13. Force Majeure: Royara Cabs shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

  14. Acceptance of Terms: By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
